An agency is responsible for properties on its profile, its mandate, documents and client service. PlusHouse remains responsible for its own service and legal duties. The documents below explain the allocation of responsibilities and mandatory rights.
Updated versions apply prospectively after publication, notice and acceptance where required. A document date is not evidence that an existing user accepted it.
