For business accounts, PlusHouse is exclusively for real estate agencies. Property owners and construction companies cannot register as businesses or publish properties directly.

No. PlusHouse does not allow individual property owners to publish their properties directly.
However, owners can list their properties through one of the local real estate agencies registered on PlusHouse, allowing the agency to represent and offer the property professionally.
PlusHouse currently operates across 8 markets: Albania, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Kosovo, Slovenia, and Greece.
The platform is designed to connect these markets with buyers and investors from Europe and around the world.
Currently, registration and use of PlusHouse are completely free for real estate agencies.
Agencies can create their profile, publish their properties, sponsor their listings, and use the platform without any fees.
