2. Own content and third-party offers
PlusHouse is responsible for its own content and conduct under applicable law. The agency or advertiser identified on a property offer is responsible for its property representations, authorization, client service and transaction documents. Platform approval or a badge does not certify ownership or legal safety. Applicable intermediary protections depend on statutory conditions and the actual facts, including handling of sufficiently specific notices; they are not an unconditional exclusion of liability.
3. External links and intellectual property
Third-party sites have their own operators and terms. Linking does not guarantee their accuracy or remove any legal duty arising from a notified unlawful link.
