How to request access, correction, deletion, objection or information about data use.

Send an email request

1. Send a request

Email privacy@plushouse.eu, ideally from the account email, describing your request and the relevant account or record. You may request information, access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection or portability where applicable, withdraw consent and contest a legally significant solely automated decision where protected by law. You do not need to cite a statute or use a special form. We seek proportionate verification only if necessary.

2. Agency records and recipients

For an agency's private client records, identify the agency if possible. It controls its client relationship and retention; PlusHouse will assist or route the request as appropriate to its role. For our own accounts, publication, safety or billing purposes, we handle the request as controller. A division of roles must not obstruct a lawful request. You may also ask about recipients, sources, transfer safeguards and the reason for retaining a specific category.

3. Response and exceptions

We respond without undue delay and normally within one month where Kosovo law or GDPR applies. If a lawful extension is needed, we explain it within the initial period. Requests are normally free. Any refusal, restriction, verification demand or exceptional fee must have an applicable legal justification. We protect other people's rights and explain relevant retention obligations instead of promising automatic deletion of every record.

4. Authorities and judicial remedies

You may complain directly to the Information and Privacy Agency of Kosovo, https://aip.rks-gov.net/, or the authority competent for your location and processing. GDPR rights apply where its territorial scope is met, not merely because a policy is called GDPR. Mandatory rights in Albania, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Slovenia, Greece and other relevant markets are preserved. You may seek judicial remedies without first contacting us.
