Acceptable use policy

1. Prohibited uses

• Fraud, impersonation, fake mandates, unavailable-property bait, false pricing, hidden compulsory charges and misleading claims about licensing, title or finance.
• Unlawful discrimination, threats, harassment, exploitation, retaliation, spam and misuse of another person's contact or identity information.
• Uploading stolen content, confidential documents without authority, malware or unnecessary sensitive data; exposing private documents as listing media.
• Unauthorized access, credential sharing that defeats access controls, bulk personal-data harvesting, security circumvention or automated use that unlawfully accesses data or disrupts the service.
• Money laundering, prohibited transactions, evasion of applicable sanctions or using a platform account to claim professional or regulatory authorization you do not hold.

2. AI and imports

Review generated claims and translations before publication, label virtual staging and do not use AI to forge documents or misrepresent a property. Import only content you are authorized to process and publish. A public source is not a blanket license to copy contact databases, photographs or confidential material.

3. Reports and proportionate action

Report suspected breaches with the specific content and facts to info@plushouse.eu or the available report tool. PlusHouse may restrict affected content or access, investigate and take lawful proportionate action, providing reasons and review rights where required. Good-faith criticism or an unsuccessful complaint is not itself prohibited. Mandatory consumer, privacy and other rights remain intact.
