How to manage inquiries

Every message buyers send about your listings lands in Inquiries, which you can reach straight from your dashboard. They're organised on a board by stage: pending, contacted and closed. Open an inquiry to see the buyer's message and contact details, reply by email, add notes to keep track of the conversation, and assign it to a team member. Drag cards between stages as the conversation moves forward, and answer quickly, since fast replies turn more inquiries into viewings.
