As PlusHouse continues to grow, we are building a dedicated Sales Department and are looking for an experienced and ambitious Sales Director to lead this new department.
This is not simply a management position. You will have the opportunity to build the sales team, establish the sales process, develop strategies, and directly contribute to the commercial growth of PlusHouse.
The Role
As Sales Director, you will be responsible for building and leading the PlusHouse sales function. You will manage the sales team, establish clear processes and targets, develop new business opportunities, and ensure that our relationships with real estate agencies continue to grow.
You will work closely with the CEO, Marketing, Product and Operations teams to develop and execute PlusHouse's commercial strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, manage and develop the PlusHouse Sales Department.
- Recruit, train, motivate and manage sales agents.
- Develop and implement sales strategies and processes.
- Set sales targets, KPIs and performance standards.
- Manage the sales pipeline and CRM.
- Monitor team performance and conversion rates.
- Develop new business opportunities with real estate agencies.
- Build and maintain relationships with key agency clients and partners.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and expanding existing business relationships.
- Work closely with Marketing to convert leads into clients.
- Work closely with Product and Operations to improve the customer journey.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
- Identify market opportunities and provide feedback on customer needs.
- Continuously improve the sales process and team performance.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in sales, business development or sales management.
- Previous experience managing or leading a sales team.
- Strong understanding of sales processes, KPIs and CRM systems.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong leadership and team-building abilities.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in English; other languages are an advantage.
- Previous experience in real estate, PropTech, SaaS or a similar industry is an advantage.
